One of our remediation clients was experiencing significant water buildup along the side of their home. During heavy rain, water pooled near the foundation, damaging the stucco and eventually allowing moisture to penetrate the interior. The area, which housed the HVAC equipment and pool pump, originally consisted of dirt and rock with no effective drainage system to direct water away from the structure.

We proposed and installed a new drainage system and poured a concrete slab over the area to improve water flow and protect the home. We also connected the HVAC condensation line and the pool pump drain line to the new system, helping ensure that excess water is safely carried away from the building. To finish, we installed a new fence to securely enclose the equipment area from the pool.

The customer appreciated our fast, high-quality work and attention to detail. Most importantly, the improvements provided greater protection against future water intrusion and helped safeguard the home for years to come.
