No project is too small for our team. For this job, we temporarily relocated the client’s furniture to an alternate location, removed the existing LVT flooring, and installed new LVT along with a rubber base. Once the installation was complete, all furniture was carefully returned and reinstalled, ensuring a seamless transition with minimal disruption to the client.

We were contracted to assist a family in North Park with the replacement of their damaged driveway. The project involved removing the existing concrete pads from the street to the residence, installing rebar reinforcement to enhance structural integrity, and pouring new concrete to deliver a durable, clean, and finished appearance. The homeowners were extremely pleased with the results and appreciated the quality and care we provided throughout the project.

We recently wrapped up an exciting warehouse expansion project in Miramar. Our team helped a long-term client increase operational capacity and streamline workflow. The project focused on maximizing usable floor space while protecting active business operations and maintaining a clean, safe environment throughout construction.
The work began with the careful dismantling of a large steel mezzanine, which opened up significant square footage for the new layout. Because the client’s warehouse remained active during construction, we installed a 26-foot-high plastic containment barrier around the office area. This protected inventory and prevented dust or debris from spreading during demolition. This proactive approach allowed our crew to complete the work safely and cleanly without interrupting daily operations of the warehouse staff.
Inside, our team removed multiple offices, conference rooms, and work areas to reclaim valuable square footage and extend the warehouse floor. To maintain a clean division between the office and warehouse environments, we constructed a new jut-out wall with a self-closing staff door—providing convenient access while protecting the office area from noise, dust, and warehouse fumes.
Once the structural and framing work was complete, our technicians installed new lighting fixtures, reconfigured the HVAC ducting to align with the updated layout, and refreshed one of the remaining offices with a new T-grid ceiling system for a clean, modern finish.
The end result is a brighter, more functional, and efficient warehouse that fully supports our client’s expanding operations. This Miramar warehouse renovation highlights how thoughtful design, careful planning, and professional execution can turn an existing facility into a high-performance workspace ready for future growth.

Our facilities team recently took on a small project to stencil parking labels in one of our customers parking lots. A quick little project that makes a big difference for the operations of their property.
We recently completed a small tenant improvement project in Carlsbad focused on enhancing comfort and functionality for the tenants. The refresh included expanding an existing kitchenette into a dedicated breakroom by incorporating an adjacent office to create a spacious sit-down area for staff. Improvements included new flooring, custom millwork cabinetry, upgraded lighting fixtures, and fresh interior paint throughout. The finished space delivers a clean, modern aesthetic that significantly improves the day-to-day experience for staff.

We are currently in the midst of a comprehensive mold remediation project resulting from extensive water intrusion throughout the residence, majority caused from leaking windows. One window, in particular, was part of a protruding architectural feature that the homeowner elected to remove, as it no longer aligned with the desired aesthetic of the home. Our restoration team has completed the demolition of the pop-out structure and modified the area to be flush with the exterior wall. The opening is now securely boarded and sealed while we await clearance from post-remediation mold testing. Once testing comes back as passed, we will proceed with the reconstruction phase.

One of our commercial customer’s had unfortunately had one of their planter’s demolished by a car accident in San Juan Capistrano. Our team removed the compromised sections, salvaged the intact walls, and rebuilt the structure using new bricks reinforced with rebar. The planter was then finished with a matching stucco coat to seamlessly blend with the existing design. We take pride in repairing accident-related damage and restoring properties to their original condition.

When a homeowner noticed a persistent musty odor inside their accessory dwelling unit (ADU), they reached out to our team for a thorough evaluation. Lingering odors can often indicate hidden moisture or mold issues, so we conducted a detailed inspection to identify the source. Our investigation revealed elevated moisture readings along one exterior wall. To properly assess the extent of the issue, our restoration specialists carefully removed the drywall approximately two feet above the affected area. This allowed us to uncover significant damage within the exterior wall assembly, including wood framing that had deteriorated beyond repair due to prolonged moisture intrusion.
To ensure a long-term solution, we removed all compromised materials and rebuilt the affected section with new structural wood studs. The wall was strategically adjusted to improve clearance along the side of the building, helping reduce the risk of future moisture problems. Any remaining framing was meticulously cleaned and treated to eliminate potential mold occurrences. After completing the repairs, we performed post-remediation testing and confirmed that moisture levels were normalized and no mold remained. The result was a clean, structurally sound ADU and a homeowner with renewed confidence in the safety and comfort of their space.

We recently had the pleasure of completing a tenant improvement project for Berkshire Hathaway. We helped transform their office space to better suit their evolving needs. The scope included a full renovation and extension of their kitchenette, the creation of an open and collaborative workspace for their associates, and updated finishes like fresh paint, laminate millwork, and new flooring. The upgrades deliver a clean, modern look while improving overall usability and comfort throughout their space. As with every project, we focused on quality and attention to detail. Doing everything we can to ensure the client was completely satisfied with the final result.
