New landscaping was need for the California Bank and Trust in San Marcos and need to reduce water consumption. We were able to implement both by replacing ground cover, mulch, and bushes with decomposed granite, pebble rocks, and succulents. We also added, new drip irrigation system with new timers to help minimizing water consumption. The result is a clean, modern exterior that enhances curb appeal while significantly reducing long-term water use and maintenance.
